Francisco G. Medina has been a successful trial lawyer for over 20 years. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for Harrris County, Texas.

He has tried over fifty jury trials both in civil and criminal law; in State and Federal Courts. He has handled a vast majority of cases representing Plaintiffs in wrongful death cases, Defendants in murder cases, and the Federal Goverment in complex banking cases.

He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1980.

Mr. Medina is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before the State Courts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
